Back to Martha Stewart this time:

This is her Baked Pasta with Chicken Sausage recipe (I keep calling it a casserole but that’s not what the boss calls it!) which I made a few weeks ago for dinner. It was pretty easy and yields two meals’ worth, which is always nice — the second one’s still in the fridge and will probably be eaten sometime this week.
For Thanksgiving I made two loaves of No Knead Bread, a Pumpkin Spike Cake, and caramelized butternut squash . . . but those pictures aren’t off the camera yet, so you’ll have to wait to see them.
What with all this recent cooking, does it surprise anyone that my birthday gift to myself this year was a stack of cooking books and subscriptions to Gourmet and Bon Apetit?
Didn’t think so.
