I think the collapsed loaf after poking was maybe due to an air bubble buildup escaping. The same that caused a huge gap in the finished loaf. Funny that you got oven spring. I got almost none on this one.</description>

You pics are great...I dont mind the hole...less calories...but I am with ya on the cornbread..I made it already and its more like a cake...it good but...hope you enjoy making the English muffins...Happy Baking.!!</description>
