Went to a BBQ at a friend’s place yesterday and that’s when it really hit me: It’s summer! I can hardly believe it’s almost July . . . no idea where this year went so far! Makes me think I better get back to cooking ASAP, before all the fresh ingredients disappear with the changing seasons . . .
